Who owns the image rights once delivered?

You receive perpetual marketing usage rights for the named scheme. StratumCGI retains the right to publish the imagery in our own portfolio unless you commission an explicit confidentiality clause.

How does your embargo workflow work?

We deliver the press release image set as a passworded embargo zip on a date you specify. Captions, suggested copy, and watermarked previews ship in advance so your PR team can brief journalists before public release.

What counts as a revision round?

A revision is a change to lighting, framing, or post-production within the agreed brief. New geometry, new viewpoints, or new branding direction is a re-quote. Two rounds are included in the Pre-App Pack and Pre-Let Campaign, three in the Occupier Programme.

Can the model be reused for multiple units on the same scheme?

Yes. Modelling cost is amortised across additional units on the same estate. After the first sale carries full modelling, subsequent sales drop modelling effort to re-lighting and alternate framing only.

Which file formats ship in the embargo zip?

Print-ready CMYK JPEG and PNG at 300dpi, web-optimised WebP at 1200, 1600, and 2400 wide, plus social-tile PNGs at 1080 square, 1080 by 1920 portrait, and 1920 by 1080 landscape. Image captions and suggested copy ship as a separate document.

Can AI imagery do this instead, honestly?

For social tiles and announcement graphics, AI imagery is fine. For planning-grade hero CGI, AI fails on accurate site geometry, accurate setbacks, accurate verified view geometry, and credibility under planning officer scrutiny. We use real architectural visualisation so the same hero image survives a planning committee and a press release.

Are all programme tiers sellable now?

Yes. The Pre-App Pack, Pre-Let Campaign, and Occupier Programme are all sellable today. The two specialist programmes (Hyperscale Data Centre and Industrial Masterplan) are priced on enquiry. AI avatar content is the only Phase 4 SKU that remains future-availability.

Are your verified views compliant with RICS Red Book methodology?

Yes. Verified views, when commissioned beyond the standard Pre-App Pack scope, are produced to RICS Red Book 2014 specification with survey-grade camera positions, EXIF-locked photography, and the photomontage workflow planning officers and inspectors expect. Camera point coordinates are documented and supplied with the deliverable so the same methodology survives hostile objection at committee.

Do you produce LVIA viewpoint renders to GLVIA3 standard?

Yes. LVIA viewpoint renders follow GLVIA3 methodology and are accepted for landscape and visual impact assessment review by landscape consultees. LVIA viewpoints are quoted per scheme. The Pre-App Pack does not include LVIA viewpoints by default; additional viewpoints are quoted per scheme based on the LVIA viewpoint schedule supplied by the landscape consultant.

Do you supply agency-grade collateral for industrial leasing teams?

Yes. The Pre-Let Campaign and Occupier Programme tiers ship brochure-ready CGI spreads, microsite hero imagery, and social tile packs sized for agent distribution at industrial leasing-team standards.
