Central Belt Distribution Centre CGI (SCGI-011)
Regional industrial CGI showing how a single distribution building fits its wider estate context, access roads, and landscaped setting in the Scottish Central Belt.
Project overview
Distribution centre briefs at the regional scale often require CGI that can operate in two registers at once: building-level detail for the principal elevation, and wider estate context to show how the unit sits within its surroundings. This Scottish Central Belt scheme required StratumCGI to produce visualisation that placed the distribution building within its access road geometry, demonstrated the landscaped setting at the park perimeter, and showed the building's relationship to adjacent plots. The planning and occupier marketing imagery needed to communicate the scheme's scale without over-emphasising massing at the expense of quality. Context perspectives were produced from the estate road approach, supported by park-edge views showing the landscape buffer and boundary treatment. Stills were delivered in formats suitable for both a planning application and a direct occupier marketing brochure. Anonymised under StratumCGI's portfolio policy.
