North West Logistics Hub CGI (SCGI-004)

Project overview
This regional logistics hub brief required CGI that communicated the multi-unit character of the scheme: multiple warehouse units sharing a common service yard, separate HGV access from car and van circulation, and a coherent estate frontage readable by both occupiers and planners. The North West industrial belt context shaped the design response, with phased occupancy and flexible unit subdivision built into the scheme logic. StratumCGI produced a suite of aerial and ground-level visuals showing the yard discipline, gatehouse entry, and building elevation quality at a scale suitable for planning submission and simultaneous pre-let marketing. The CGI was used to demonstrate that the multi-unit layout could operate efficiently at full occupation while each unit retained an independent service yard.
