Project overview
Last-mile urban depots present a distinct CGI challenge compared with out-of-town logistics schemes. The site footprint is tight, the surrounding context is urban or peri-urban, and the scheme must demonstrate to planners that van movements, loading activity, and pedestrian separation can coexist safely on a constrained site. This brief required CGI that communicated service access routing, the building frontage quality relative to its street context, and the operational loading arrangement in a way that would satisfy both pre-application consultation and subsequent marketing. StratumCGI produced street-level views from the public realm, loading-area views from inside the yard, and stakeholder imagery showing the scheme in its urban setting. The visual language kept the palette clean and the composition legible, reflecting the functional character of last-mile logistics without losing architectural quality.
