West Midlands Distribution Warehouse CGI (SCGI-005)
Warehouse-led CGI communicating facade quality, yard layout, and loading-bay rhythm for industrial occupiers at a West Midlands distribution scheme.
Project overview
This West Midlands warehouse brief centred on communicating three qualities simultaneously: the architectural finish of the principal elevation, the operational clarity of the service yard, and the repeating rhythm of loading bays along the dock face. Distribution warehouses at this scale are assessed by occupiers on practical legibility as much as aesthetics, so the CGI needed to read well for both planning officers and prospective tenants reviewing the lease brochure. StratumCGI produced exterior renders at ground level and yard level, showing dock levellers, trailer parks, and car-parking separation in a single coherent composition. The planning stage imagery demonstrated compliance with design guide requirements for elevational treatment, while the marketing stills were formatted for leasing agent brochures. Anonymised under StratumCGI's portfolio policy. No specific client names or local planning authority details are published.
