Project overview

Industrial park CGI at estate scale requires a different compositional approach to single-building work. The brief for this Severnside region scheme required imagery that communicated the full estate layout — multiple unit types, the shared internal road network, the entrance sequence from the primary access junction, and the landscape buffer to the site boundary — while also delivering building-level detail for the hero unit fronting the estate road. Planning and investor presentations both needed to read from the same set of visuals, which meant the CGI had to work at two scales: the aerial view for site-wide legibility, and the ground-level entrance perspective for human-scale quality assessment. StratumCGI produced hero stills, entrance views, and aerial CGI covering the full scheme. Anonymised under StratumCGI's portfolio policy. No specific client or local planning authority details are published.

Outputs delivered

  • Hero stills of the principal unit and estate frontage
