Strategic Employment Land Masterplan CGI (SCGI-010)
Masterplan-led CGI for phased industrial land promotion, showing roads, plots, buffers, and development logic at the park scale for planning and investor communication.
Project overview
Strategic employment land promotion requires CGI that can operate at the largest scale in the industrial sector: not a single building or estate, but a phased land allocation where the roads, plot servicing, landscape buffers, and development sequencing all need to read clearly to a planning inspector or local authority officer assessing the allocation. This brief required aerial CGI and site-wide stills that showed the full extent of the allocation, the internal primary road that serves each development phase, the landscape strategy at the park perimeter, and indicative built form across the plots. Phase diagrams were produced alongside the aerial CGI to explain the development programme in a format suitable for investor and planner use. StratumCGI structured the imagery so that each phase could be isolated or presented as part of the whole. Anonymised under StratumCGI's portfolio policy. No client or authority names are published.
